CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ AS THE POLICY MAY HAVE CHANGED NEW CLIENTS: A consultation must be booked and performed before any service is done. NO EXCEPTIONS. Consultation fee will go towards service if getting serviced the same day. SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY ME BEFORE BOOKING VIA CALL OR TEXT. CLOSED SUNDAYS VIP BOOKING AVAILABLE FOR A FEE OF $50 (Holidays, Booking requests after 5 pm) **Any used lace units that I did not install are PERMITTED for re-install with proper inspection by stylist** •NO EXTRA PEOPLE •There is a 15 minute grace period for all clients. After 15 minutes a fee of $15 will be applied to your balance. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule. •Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE (unless I cancel) but can be transferred (up to one transfer) to reschedule appointment. •Please cancel no later than 24 hours before appointment to avoid cancellation fee. Contact Chocolate’s Beauty Bar for assistance in cancellation after 24 hours. •No call/No show will be charged 30% cancellation fee and risk being banned from future booking.
